We are looking for hardworking and reliable Housekeeping Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our Workers Village.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cleaner, housekeeper.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and materials.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Good attitude and teamwork skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts and weekends if required.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Receive daily food and non-food supplies, verify quality and quantity, and ensure items match the delivery notes.
Store items properly following FIFO (First In, First Out) and food safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate stock records for dry, chilled, and frozen items.
Issue ingredients and materials to the kitchen team based on approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Catering Supervisor/Camp Boss for timely replenishment.
Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks; highlight shortages or discrepancies immediately.
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and HACCP standards.
Ensure correct temperature monitoring for chillers, freezers, and storage areas.
Maintain proper documentation including delivery notes, stock registers, and requisition forms.
Coordinate with Procurement and Catering teams to ensure uninterrupted food service operations.
Avoid wastage and ensure expired or damaged items are reported and removed.
🔷 Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of UAE experience as a Storekeeper in Catering / Camp / Labour Accommodation.
Strong knowledge of food storage, temperature control, and HACCP standards.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle physical tasks and work in cold storage when required.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, stock systems) preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
🔷 Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in catering for labour camps or large staff accommodations.
Knowledge of bulk food handling and large-scale kitchen operations.
